These Terms & Conditions govern your use of droace.com and purchases from Droace (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

1. Store and contact

The store is operated by Droace from Hong Kong. Contact us at info@droace.com.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully, or use it for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

3. Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, specifications and prices. Colours and appearance may vary by screen. Drone performance, flight time and transmission range vary with conditions, interference, battery condition and local rules. You are responsible for checking local registration, age, operating, airspace and insurance requirements before use.

4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, including for stock, pricing, payment-verification, fraud-prevention or delivery reasons. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, as permitted by applicable law. Please check your order details before submitting.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties or import charges are shown where collected by us; otherwise they may be charged by the destination authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Payment is processed by Shopify and/or the payment provider selected at checkout.

6. Shipping, risk and title

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk passes as provided by applicable law, generally upon delivery to you or your nominated recipient. Ownership passes after full payment.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these terms. We offer a 114-day return window subject to its conditions. Mandatory cancellation, repair, replacement and refund rights remain unaffected.

8. Warranty and safety

Products must be used according to their instructions, warnings and applicable laws. Do not fly in prohibited areas or unsafe weather, and maintain required visual line of sight. Any voluntary warranty is additional to statutory rights. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, crashes, improper charging, incompatible accessories or failure to follow instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, text, graphics and media are owned by or licensed to Droace. You may use the site for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or exploit its content without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, business loss, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal information and cookies are handled.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively. The version in force when you order applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, but this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
